‘Ripples’ Showcase – Oceanic Archive

This body of work is a mixed media archive, created as a response to the variety of masterclasses I was exposed to as part of the Waves of Change residency. Coming from an animation and visual development background, this archive in progress is my attempt to both respond to and share information about ocean literacy principles through inviting the audience to join me as I experience and engage with subject matter for the first time, the visual explorations accompanied by my notes. The audience is also invited to directly interact with the optical illusions in the archive and become an active participant in the piece and part of the process.
